As the Marketing Director for Klook in Hong Kong, Percy Kwan oversees all integrated marketing efforts that help further develop its brand presence, covering all forms of marketing activations, including social media, affiliate partnerships and offline branding campaigns. She is also responsible for user acquisition, and inspiring Hong Kong travellers to discover through enriching and immersive travel experiences.

She started her career in 4A’s advertising agencies leading creative and digital planning. In her years at Cartoon Network, she focused on building the brand and business development of Tuzki, a popular rabbit character, across major messaging platforms in Greater China.

Later at Hong Kong Tourism Board’s head office, Kwan broadened her perspectives in orchestrating global digital strategies for overseas markets to build destination appeal. Before Klook, she was with AXA Hong Kong where she led digital marketing and user acquisition to drive online and offline business growth.

Outside of work, she has developed different hobbies in various areas. Apart from being an avid traveller, she is also a hiking fan and yoga lover.
