Henny is a Highly Experienced Marketer and brand builder with strong sales background for more than 17 years in FMCG. She leads the digital strategy and communication, CRM, Consumer engagement and Brand recruitment in Abbott Nutrition as Head of Consumer Experience starting April 2020.
Prior to her current position, she contributed herself leading the digital transformation in Nestle-ensuring Digital knowledge and mindset implemented across Business Units. Integrate with digital, brands, eCommerce and media team scope and responsibilities to ensure readiness to win in online + offline
During her tenure at Nestle Indonesia, with her strong vision to win with consumers she has helped the company growing significant business impact through several Nestle major brands such as Nestle DANCOW/NIDO range, Bear Brand, Nestle Batita and NAN in Brand Management, innovation and renovation.
In 2016, She set up and lead a new eBusiness department in Nestle Nutrition. The department domain includes Digital function, CRM, e-Commerce and Brand Community center. As a Head of Consumer Engagement and eBusiness, her goals include accelerate Nestle Nutrition leadership in eBusiness. In addition to her primary job functions, henny and her team also bring Nestle DANCOW/NIDO winning prestige digital award such as MMA Global and APAC awards (Smarties award).
